A Normandy Day Tour by Air

Itinerary

Following transfer by twin-engine aircraft operated by AirMed you will take a 6 hour tour by car of the prime sites in the American Sector, accompanied by an expert guide.

Starting from Caen you will see:

• The Mulberry Harbour at Arromanches
• The medium gun battery at Longues-sur-Mer complete with guns in situ
• Omaha Beach
• The American Military Cemetery at Colleville
• Pointe du Hoc
• The German Military Cemetery at La Cambe
• The Bocage (hedgerow) Countryside

Other sites possible by extended tour or re-arrangement of above.

Up to 5 people can travel provided the total weight with any luggage does not exceed 900lbs. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard.

For a typical tour we will collect you from your hotel at 7am, and generally return you there by 7.30pm - in good time for dinner.

A light lunch with wine and soft drinks is included. Please let us know of any special dietary requirements.
